  • Business Manager – Keeps track of the budget, manages expenses, and guides the team in making smart financial decisions for events.
  • Secretary – A detail-oriented communicator who takes meeting notes, organizes schedules, sends out reminders, and keeps everyone on track.
  • Historian/Photographer (possible role) – Captures the group’s journey by documenting events through photos, videos, and storytelling (if your social media feed is on fire, this role is for you!).

We are also seeking School & Grade Representatives from 8th-12th grades across Eastern Idaho to help bring more teens into the fun! Even if you don’t want a leadership role, you can still join the group and be a part of the planning team; every voice is important!
