JULIA BRACKEN WENDT: AMERICAN SCULPTOR
Join presenter Kim Jardine-Dickerson as she discusses about the brilliant life of Julia Bracken Wendt. Born into a large Irish family, Julia apprenticed under Lorado Taft and was an acclaimed international sculptor. Julia was a part of a group of female sculptors called the “White Rabbits” who worked for Taft in preparation and presentation in the Chicago 1893 World’s Fair.
