SUPPORT THE MUSEUM
As southeastern Idaho’s only art museum, The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho is a vital community resource. It is also a nonprofit entity. This
means that the Museum relies on the support of friends like you to allow us to
continue providing stellar exhibitions and outreach programs in Idaho Falls.
Membership
Become a member of The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho and help us
continue to bring great art exhibits to southeastern Idaho. Members enjoy
e-newsletters, invitations to special events and opening receptions for
exhibits, borrowing privileges in the museum art library, and a 10% discount
on classes and in the museum gift shop. Membership fees also help pay for
art classes, workshops and lectures. Please join us.

Supporting Member ~ $120 (optional 12 monthly VISA/MC $10 payments)**
Sustaining Member ~ $240 (optional 12 monthly VISA/MC $20 payments)**

Director Member ~ $960 (optional 12 monthly VISA/MC $80 payments)**

NARM
The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho is pleased to announce that it is now a participating member of North American Reciprocal Museums (NARM).
Members who join at or above the $100 level may receive reciprocal privileges at NARM museums from El Salvador to Canada and from Hawaii to New York.
Your membership card with a special gold NARM sticker will entitle you to receive free admission, member discounts at museum shops and discounts on
concert/lecture tickets. We urge you to check out their website (http://sites.google.com/site/northamericanreciprocalmuseums/Home ) regarding any
special ticketed exhibits and events that are of particular interest to you because some restrictions may apply to certain events or organizations.

Sponsorships
PARTNERS, our business membership program, allows
corporations to support The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho through exhibit or event
sponsorships. Business PARTNERS can also benefit their employees or
customers by holding a private after-hours event at the Museum.
Contributions
Donations made to the Museum allow for the presentation of
exhibitions and outreach programs to the community. The Museum accepts
donations of art for resale at fundraisers.
Permanent Collection
On a limited basis the Museum accepts donations of art for
its permanent collection. For more information or to see if a work of art
fits the guidelines for our permanent collection, please contact the

Volunteer
The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho is always in need of volunteers. We
offer a variety of rewarding volunteer opportunities to support the Museum
as a volunteer including helping with special projects and at special
events, assisting with tours and classes, assisting in maintaining our
grounds, and assisting at our front desk and gift shop.
Volunteering at the Museum is a great way to meet people in
the art community, learn new skills, and enjoy our exhibits. It provides an
important service to our community by helping connect people of all ages
with art.

The Donor Bill
of Rights
Philanthropy is based on
voluntary action for the common good. It is a tradition of giving and
sharing that is primary to the quality of life. To ensure that
philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general public, and
that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in the
nonprofit organizations and causes they are asked to support, we declare
that all donors have these rights:
I. To be informed of the
organization's mission, of the way the organization intends to use
donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for
their intended purposes.
II. To be informed of the
identity of those serving on the organization's governing board, and to
expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship
responsibilities.
III. To have access to
the organization's most recent financial statements.
IV. To be assured their
gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given.
V. To receive appropriate
acknowledgement and recognition.
VI. To be assured that
information about their donation is handled with respect and with
confidentiality to the extent provided by law.
VII. To expect that all
relationships with individuals representing organizations of interest to
the donor will be professional in nature.
VIII. To be informed
whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the
organization or hired solicitors.
IX. To have the
opportunity for their names to be deleted from mailing lists that an
organization may intend to share.
X. To feel free to ask
questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and
forthright answers.
The
Donor Bill of Rights was created by the American Association of Fund
Raising Counsel (AAFRC), Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP),
the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and the Council for
Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). It has been endorsed by
numerous organizations.
