Join us for open studio drawing and painting sessions with a live model twice a month, open exclusively to Museum Artists. For more information please contact The Art Museum.

CLAY STUDIO with Dustin Thompson

Explore throwing pots on the pottery wheel, hand-building techniques and the glazing process to create fun and functional pieces. Open to students of all skill levels.

Studio fee includes clay, tools, use of pottery wheel, instruction, glazes and firing.
Class size is limited.
Pre-registration is suggested.

PORTRAIT PAINTING WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP with Mareth Warren

Join AWS & NWS Member Mareth Warren for a four-day, watercolor workshop on portraiture. Learn how to approach painting each facial landscape in a way that captures the wonderful nuances of mood, character and age to evoke the essence of the individual. By incorporating the various senses of touch, sight and sound as she teaches, Warren helps students experience the joys of painting the human face. All levels of experience are welcome.

RUST AND CORROSION WATERCOLOR WORKSHOP with Linda Aman

Join Linda in creating the look of rust, corrosion and texture using unusual color choices and granulating techniques to create varied results. Linda teaches her class step-by-step, with lots of individual attention. References and art materials will be available for use in class, but feel free to bring you own materials as well. All levels are welcome!

REFUND POLICY
~ If we cancel a class for any reason, we will notify you immediately, and you will receive a full refund.
~ If you withdraw from a class three weeks prior to the starting date of the class, we will refund your tuition, less a 10% processing fee.
~ No refunds will be made on withdrawals within three weeks of the starting date.
